Could it happen here? Samantha Reid leaned over and studied the new classified report. It had been sittting on her desk in a special envelope when she arrived in the West Wing at 6:30 AM.
The sun was just rising, creating wisps of light orange reflections on the Potomac River when she had pulled out of the garage below her Georgetown condo and headed toward The White House.
